While in the Senate Hillary Clinton claimed she opposed the idea of setting time tables for withdrawing troops from Iraq, asserting this position in June 2006.  However, a year in a half later when she was going for the Democratic presidential nomination Clinton flip flopped on her previous stance.  In the January 15, 2008 Democratic debate she stated her support for withdrawing troops within 60 days and eventually removing all troops by the end of 2009.
