Alleypalooza 8, a biannual campaign to repair and reconstruct 64 selected alleys, eight in each of the D.C. eight wards, will be kicked off on November 2 by D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and District Department of Transportation (DDOT) Director Jeff Marootian.
