City Breaking Law by Unequally Funding Schools, DC Charter Schools Argue in Court
A lawsuit on Monday in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. heard the coalition of D.C. charter schools who argued before the judges that the city is unequally funding the education of over 90,000 students in the district schools in violation of the law.
