There’s also no shortage of amenities. You’ll get fast WiFi, parking spots, and networking events. Our favorite thing about this office, however, is access to more than 400 locations all across the globe. If you frequently travel for work or pleasure, Spaces will have an office for you in almost every city.

The Yard: Eastern Market
If you’re looking for a coworking space in the Capitol Hill district, check out The Yard. We would consider this the ultimate high-end office space for young professionals. This coworking office is ideal for startups or entrepreneurial individuals who are looking to get a little more out of their combined office.
Some of the luxurious features include an art gallery, a rooftop lounge, a wellness program, and key card access. We also really liked The Yard’s use of innovative lounge spaces to help cultivate creative conversations. This is where you might be able to meet your future business partner! 😉

Another great space with multiple locations in the DC metro area and beyond is WeWork. The locations in DC are set up for success with beautiful buildings, great views of the city, and fabulous amenities.
WeWork allows tech startups to meet like-minded people in a booming industry. We liked the extra perks you get when you sign up for a membership with this coworking space, like access to healthy food, fruit water, printing, and micro-roasted coffee. They also have phone booths, conference rooms, and space for events.

Mindspace
We must say, this is probably the most boutique coworking space on our list. Mindspace caters to young and hip professionals in the up-and-coming neighborhood near K Street, with a whole stack of amenities on offer.
The rooftop lounge offers stunning views of the city and is close to DC’s best bars, restaurants, and stores. We especially liked that they offered free coffee, tea, and snacks. The decor is modern and creative, which added to the overall ambiance. The only downside is that while Mindspace offers locations across the globe there is only one in DC — but it is perfectly located in Downtown, with close connections to every subway line.

This coworking space is home to some of the biggest companies, such as Airbnb and Bandcamp, which makes it even more appealing to young DC professionals. MakeOffices has five locations across the District each one with a different work vibe.
There are locations on Penn Ave, K Street, Reston Town Center, Bethesda, and Tysons. MakeOffices has more amenities than almost any other coworking space. Some of our favorites include bike storage, craft beer, wellness, and relaxation rooms. We also found their pricing among some of the most reasonable, taking into account all the amenities that come with a membership.

If you’re looking for a creative hub for small businesses, The Hive 2.0 might be just what you need. Our favorite thing about this coworking space is the reasonable price structure. We also felt like it was a little more laid-back as opposed to high-end. But don’t think it’s not a high-end place — the vibe is just a little more down-to-earth.
You’ll find meeting and event spaces here, as well as large conference rooms. There is only one location in Anacostia, directly below the Anacostia Arts Center.
