DC Public Library Holds Evil Laugh Contest for Second Consecutive Year

-

The DC Public Library has announced that it is that time of the year when you can share your most evil laugh with them for a fun contest ahead of Halloween.

The event was held for the first time in 2021 and now it is becoming an annual Evil Laugh Contest.

For the second edition of the contest, participants should film a 10-second video of themselves performing their “most wicked, spine-tingling evil laugh” and submit it to the DC Public Library’s website.

The library will choose a number of these videos to be featured in a compilation on its YouTube page, and award trophies in multiple categories like best vocals, art direction, and dramatic performance.

Submissions will be accepted through October 21, and participants could be anybody or anything, “your grandmother, your screaming baby, your pet guinea pig, all of your cousins, your school principal,” according to the library.
