Dutch DJ Martin Garrix will be performing at a show organized by Club Glow at D.C.’s Echostage on October 2.
The venue is scheduled to open its doors at 9:00 p.m. and keep the show going until after midnight. Gianni, the opening act, will be followed by Adam Kahati at 10:00 p.m., Osrin at 10:55 p.m. and finally Garrix at 12:00 a.m. The doors close at 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
The 23-year-old DJ is the winner of “Best Electronic Act” and “Best World Stage Performance” awards of the 2016 MTV European Music Awards. He also topped DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs list in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
He was originally discovered by DJ Tiësto at an early age and is currently known for his Animals, In the Name of Love, and Scared to be Lonely.

Aside from his career as a DJ, Garrix is a record producer, who started his own label Stmpd Rcrds in early 2016. He signed a contract with Sony Music International in July the same year.
He previously performed at major music festivals such as Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland, and Creamfields. He headlined the 1st edition of Ultra South Africa in 2014.
At Miami’s Ultra Music Festival in 2014, 17-year-old Garrix became the youngest DJ to headline the annual event.
Echostage is located at 2135 Queens Chapel Road, Northeast, D.C. You must be at least 18 years old to enter, however there is no dress code. Tickets can be purchased over Eventbrite.
