DcConnectGirls program aims to bring girls closer to the latest technology, teaching them how to create websites and program apps. The program was created as part of the local dcConnectHome initiative by District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) in partnership with NCWIT AspireIT and SheSoft – both organizations owned by women. The organizations work towards bridging the gender gaps in the technology sector.
