Author and speaker David McCrae is holding a virtual workshop to teach a DC area audience the key skills of effective online communication on Thursday, February 25.
“Virtual Speaking Masterclass Washington DC” will take place from 12:30 pm – 2 pm EST.
“Never before has there been such an exciting time in communication. The ability to transmit your words across the world has existed for decades. What has changed as a result of COVID-19 is now people are LISTENING. Virtual communication has now been accepted as the norm,” the event brief says.
“People know that they need to tune into the Facebook Lives and join the Zoom meetings otherwise they are going to be left out of the loop,” it adds.
McCrae, who organizes the event, is a #1 Amazon bestselling author, an inspirational speaker, and a national public speaking champion in his home country of Scotland, according to the event brief.
Having studied psychology for 11 years at university, McCrae aims at “helping people start a new chapter of their lives, and becoming the hero of their story.”
“Your phone and your computer are all you need to make a difference in the world,” McCrae says.
The masterclass will be held live via Zoom. Those who register through Eventbrite will receive a link to the event within 24 hours of the beginning. The event repeats every month.
