Get Together on Sunday for Free ‘Local Winter Wonderland Workout’

-

The wearable device maker Fitbit is offering an hour-long “Local Winter Wonderland Workout” for free at Washington, D.C.’s Hook Hall on December 1, 2019.

The workout class that will be led by Fitbit Local Ambassadors Coach G and Cynthia Lorena includes a bodyweight bootcamp and yoga flow set to music from a live DJ performance.

Zico coconut water will be available to everyone. At the end of the workout, one of the attendees is promised to win a Fitbit device and the first 50 people will receive a complimentary drink.

“Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends and bring a smile,” the event brief says, adding that owning a Fitbit product is not required for participation.

If this sounds like your idea of a Sunday Funday, make sure you grab your yoga mat, a towel and your government-issued ID and be at 3400 Georgia Ave. NW by 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.

You should also register for a ticket through Eventbrite, however, it does not guarantee your spot in the session. You can take part on a first-come-first-serve basis, so try to arrive on time.

Street parking is available outside the venue. For other questions you might have, you can email the organizers at FitbitLocal@fitbit.com.
