D.C. police have arrested a 15-year-old girl of Northwest D.C. for her alleged involvement in an incident, where a man was assaulted by a group of youths outside the Washington Hilton Hotel last month.
The attack that took place on July 14 after midnight surfaced with surveillance camera footage. The man, who was the victim, reportedly sustained head injuries.
The arrest on Thursday has been the second one made in relation to the assault. Another teen, a 17-year-old boy from Southeast D.C., was previously arrested.
While the 15-year-old girl was charged with simple assault, the boy is under arrest on charges of aggravated assault.

The two suspects were identified with the help of a surveillance camera video. Around 14 young individuals are estimated to have taken part in the attack.
