The District’s entrepreneur community is preparing for a special event that will feature more than 100 activities from September 9-13: D.C. Startup Week (DCSW) 2019.
DCSW describes itself as “the fastest-growing startup community in the DMV region with over 6,000 entrepreneurs.”
It is emphasized that the event is not only for entrepreneurs but for everyone interested in entrepreneurship and becoming a part of the community, along with “founders at all stages, developers at all levels, community organizers, investors, change makers, and those working to drive startup growth.”
Individuals who are currently working at a startup and considering becoming an entrepreneur are particularly invited to the series of events. Attendants will have the opportunity to meet founders, entrepreneurs, developers and investors at various venues throughout the week.

“Throughout the year, we strengthen our united community by curating inclusive, thought-provoking, and meaningful events and partnerships,” the DCSW team say on their website.
