Disaster Insurance and Preparedness Seminar to be Held on October 15

A Disaster Insurance and Preparedness Seminar will be hosted by the D.C. Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency and the D.C. Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking on October 15 at 2720 Martin Luther King Junior Avenue Southeast 20032.

The seminar is meant to inform and educate D.C. business owners on how to be better prepared for disasters that can strike anytime. It will also inform on the availability, types of insurance coverage, and insurance claim processes.

Pre-registration for the seminar should be done by Friday, October 12.
