The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has released new photos in relation to the US Capitol insurrection, asking for the public’s assistance to identify and locate a number of suspects, including ones accused of assaulting members of the media.
The suspects were involved in the assault of several media members and they also destroyed property at a media staging area at the Northeast corner of the Capitol at around 5 pm during the January 6 siege of the Capitol building, according to the FBI’s Washington Field Office.

Anyone with information regarding the suspects seen in the photos is asked to contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI or use the FBI’s website to submit information. Individuals need to reference the photo number when calling or sharing tips online.
“We have deployed our full investigative resources and are working closely with our federal, state, and local partners to aggressively pursue those involved in these criminal activities,” the FBI says about the Bureau’s investigation into the Capitol rioters.
