Motto Mortgage Allegiance, a mortgage brokerage franchise, has opened a new office in Washington, D.C. metro area, Joslynn Williams, an experienced local mortgage broker, announced.
The D.C. franchise will cater to real estate agents focusing on DC’s real estate market.

Run by the D.C. Mayor’s office, Motto Mortgage Allegiance is an approved mortgage broker for D.C.’s Inclusionary Zoning (IZ) Program. It conducts workshops for home buyers, educating prospective homeowners on the mortgage process, financing and methods of saving for a down payment.
