The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) championship game will be held at DC’s Audi Field this year, it was announced on Tuesday, August 23.
The match, scheduled for October 29, will be presented by Budweiser and air on CBS, starting at 8 pm ET, live from the 20,000-capacity grass stadium.
Paramount+ and online streaming service Twitch will also broadcast the game live. Pre-match coverage can be viewed exclusively on Paramount+, beginning at 7 pm.
“We are proud to be welcoming the 2022 NWSL Championship and some of the best athletes in the world to our home – Audi Field – to compete for the league title this season,” Danita Johnson, DC United’s head of business operations, said in a statement.
“We look forward to continuing our partnership and work with the NWSL to deliver a top-level championship game and an unforgettable fan experience for all who watch and travel to our beautiful stadium and our city.”

Priority pre-sale will open on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, giving access to tickets a day before they become available to the general public on Thursday, September 8, 2022.
